Note: Our sealing process is designed for natural stone. We do not seal engineered quartz products like Silestone or Caesarstone as these are non-porous and come pre-sealed from the manufacturer.

Most applications take only 1-2 hours to complete, and your stone surfaces are typically ready to use the same day. For larger projects or multiple areas, we may need additional time, but we'll provide a specific timeline during our free consultation.
Warranty Information
Our 25-year warranty guarantees that your sealed stone surfaces will remain protected against staining from common household substances, including:
- Food and beverages (coffee, wine, olive oil, etc.)
- Cooking oils and grease
- Common household products
- Cosmetics and personal care items
If any staining occurs within the warranty period due to sealer failure, we'll repair or reseal the affected area at no cost to you. Detailed warranty terms are provided with your service documentation.
Our warranty is fully transferable to new homeowners, which adds value to your property when selling. We provide documentation of the warranty that you can pass along to the new owners. They simply need to contact us within 30 days of purchase to register the transfer. There are no transfer fees or additional costs involved.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Proper cleaning of your sealed stone surfaces is simple but important to maintain their beauty and protection. Follow these guidelines:
Daily Cleaning
- Mix Isopropyl Alcohol 50% or higher and Distilled water in a 50/50 ratio and place in a spray bottle
- OR use Granite Gold Daily Cleaner
- For a polished look, use Granite Gold Clean & Shine
DO NOT USE
- AMMONIA, BLEACH, VINEGAR, HARSH/COLORED DISH SOAP OR CITRUS-BASED PRODUCTS
- These can cause chemical damage not covered in your warranty
- Excessive heat directly on the stone can cause heat damage that's not covered
DO USE
- Hot pads, trivets, coasters, soap dish
- Wipe spills promptly
IMPORTANT:
Leaving spills unattended, especially wine, salad dressing, fruit juice and any acidic products can cause dullness, staining and etching on marble, limestone, travertine, onyx and dolomites. Etching is not covered.

- Simple Green Stone Care (for deeper cleaning when needed)
