Granite Pro provides stone sealing services for granite, marble, and other natural stone surfaces. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Permanent stone sealing for kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, and other stone surfaces
• Consulting services regarding stone care and maintenance
• Warranty service as outlined in our warranty terms

3. 25-Year Transferable Warranty

Our services come with a 25-year transferable warranty subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers penetration of staining agents into the stone surface
• The warranty does not cover etching, scratching, chipping, or physical damage to the stone
• The warranty is transferable to new owners of the property where service was performed
• All care instructions must be followed as provided at the time of service
• Proof of service date and location must be maintained

Full warranty details are provided to customers at the time of service completion.

4. Scheduling and Payments

All scheduling is subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about stone surfaces to be sealed
• Ensuring accessibility to work areas
• Following all care and maintenance instructions provided
• Promptly reporting any concerns about completed work

6. Limitation of Liability

Granite Pro's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no guarantees regarding the suitability of services for your specific purposes beyond those explicitly stated in our warranty.

All content on our website is for informational purposes only. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees regarding the completeness or reliability of this information. We reserve the right to modify website content without notice.
